Oh oh oh. Surely there's some happy news out there ... no criticism here, but you're unbearable. There's billions of people out there who precisely do not live in rags anymore. So, what about them? Granted, a lot of them are dead. On the other hand, a lot of them are alive. The rising tide has lifted a lot of junks. Let's delve into them. China is the new America. I won't straighten out these thoughts until tomorrow.

Phil Cubeta

China, like Russia, Singapore, and India, certainly has it fair share of billionaires. The road to serfdom, it seems, takes many unexpected turns. As long as wealth inequality grows worldwide, we can certainly say America is now global. Wealth Bondage is the Global Casino on Wheels. You may not have a retirement plan, and social security may be an endangered "entitlement," but if you have dollar you can buy a ticket in Powerball. You can't win if you don't play.

If you do win at Powerball, you might buy yourself an election. Freedom is money, freedom of speech, freedom from constraint, freedom to buy things, intellectual property, the services of a secular priest, poet, or prophet, it is all about about money. It is all Wealth Bondage, after all. I wish I could play the Calliope, and set it to music.
