Albert Ruesga makes an ill-fated bid to be invited to Lake Como, to discuss Impact Philanthropy, with his betters. For the problems the poor have brought on themselves, Albert suggests foundations provide Vouchers, thereby inducing a healthy competition among the foodkitchens. Combine that with a frequent diner's card and we might have a Bottom of Pyramid (BoP) Business with which to attract Program Related Investments. The Communuty Foundation owns the foodkitchen and gives Vouchers to those who frequent it. That generates the profits that in turn drive Growth. Scaled, this could solve our poverty "problem," which is really an opportunity.
