You rate them, and the program gives you a list of several other insurance companies you might want to consider. Would such a site be a big money maker for life insurance companies? Probably not. Insurance, as we say, is sold, not bought. I have a feeling that giving is mostly that way too. Gifts generally have to be cultivated and often they have to be closed. People, at least for bigger gifts, give to people who ask, most effectively face to face, often in community with others.
