We may need another site, "Secrecy is Power." It might have two folders, "State Secrets, Keep Out!" And, "Stuff we don't want Citizens to know because we would go to Jail." I don't suppose such a database will ever be available. All the stuff that would get leaders jailed is probably marked, "State Secrets, Keep Out." So, Knowledge is Power has its limits for the likes of us. They have the knowlege; they have the power; we may write letters. They ought to put up a Paypal beside each piece of legislation.
